Safetica has changed its legal status to a joint stock company

Effective 1 May 2022, the legal status of our company, Safetica Technologies s.r.o., ID No. 258 48 666, registered at Laubova 1729/8, Vinohrady, 130 00 Prague 3, was changed from a limited liability company to a joint stock company.

With this change, the business name of our company has also changed to Safetica a.s. The implementation of the above change in legal status has not resulted in the dissolution of Safetica Technologies s.r.o. as a legal entity, nor have its assets been transferred to a legal successor. The change in legal status to a joint stock company only affects internal legal relations, the legal status of its shareholders and the company's trademark in the relevant commercial register. Safetica a.s. is thus still registered with the Municipal Court in Prague, but under the new file number B 27205.

Converting to Safetica a.s. is the next step in our global growth, so we can protect companies all over the world against data leaks and internal threats. The change also unifies the name of the company and product portfolio to ease brand recognition.
